What else is on our mind this week? We're thinking about diversity!
Our latest podcast episode with Warwick Hunt, COO of PwC UK is out and our founder and CEO, Kike Oniwinde, is discussing diversity in all its ways - diverse organisations, diverse opportunities and diversity of thought, and why it's essential that companies need to continue to think outside of the box.
From career advice for millenials, to what board members should be doing in the boardroom to change their workforce, there's some pearls of wisdom here.
You can listen on iTunes, Soundcloud, Buzzsprout & Spotify.
Wondering what else we have for you this week? You can pre-register for our BYP Senior Leadership Conference in September from now, and we're looking for senior leaders to speak! We've also got new job roles, a brand new blog post all about what you should know before you enter into the working world, discount theatre tickets and London's coolest new Nigerian-tapas restaurant is crowdfunding. We hope you enjoy reading!
Have a great week!
