US MOVIE PREMIERE
Happy Wednesday to you all!
I can't quite believe it's already March. It's been a busy two months already for us here at BYP. We've got a new app development team on board, our core team has doubled, and we're still looking for more people to join us (we've got a PA role going here, tell your friends!), and we've got even bigger news!
We've got another event this month! For those of you who didn't guess from the 'keep your eyes Peele'd' clue, here's what we've got planned...
Join us on Friday 22nd March for the release of one of the most anticipated movies this year.
We can't wait to watch this Jordan Peele mastermind (horror) spectacle especially after the success of last years Black Panther screening!
Come ready to be around a room full of black young professionals who are ready to watch, laugh, clap and cheer! We'll be mingling in true BYP Network style, so get ready to make new friends with like-minded black talent - you never know the great connections you can make!
Register your interest as tickets will only be released to those on our waitlist.
Also, keep your eyes peeled (no jokes, this time). We have very special BYP International Women's Day news coming your way this Friday!
Only 16 days until Us!
Nominate our CEO!
We're delighted to announce that our CEO, Kike Oniwinde, has been shortlisted in Pitman Training's Super Achievers Awards as Entrepreneur of the Year.

BYP Book of the Month
The Trusted Black Girl by Roianne Nedd
It's March and that means BYP Book of the Month time!
This month, we've been loving The Trusted Black Girl, which explores the perception gap between how leaders and colleagues perceive Black women in the UK workplace and how they perceive themselves. It further challenges these stereotypes and provides managers with pragmatic advice to help them close the gap and maximise the potential of this group of women.
Author, Roianne Nedd is a coach, author, speaker, diversity and inclusion innovator and amplifier of women’s voices (especially women of colour). With a head full of ideas and a heart full of compassion she combines her personal and professional passions to create “Brand Roianne.”
